1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using PerkIQ India ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional operating rules published on our website.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2User Eligibility & Registration Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You agree to provide a valid, accessible email address during registration. Authentication is verified via One-Time Passwords (OTP) and/or Time-based OTP (TOTP) Authenticator keys.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your email access and two-factor authentication devices. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3Nature of Service & No Financial Advice
The materials, calculation formulas, and algorithms provided on PerkIQ are designed solely for personal financial tracking and organizational convenience.
- PerkIQ does not issue credit cards, sanction credit limits, or approve loan applications.
- Credit card reward point values, milestone vouchers, and lounge access policies are governed exclusively by third-party bank terms and condition agreements (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Amex, etc.) which may be amended by the respective bank at any time.
- You should always verify critical terms directly against your official credit card statement or issuing bank circular before making major financial expenditures.
4Digital Subscriptions & Payment Terms
If you purchase a paid subscription (such as PerkIQ Pro), fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through RBI-regulated payment aggregators.
- All subscription prices are clearly displayed prior to transaction confirmation.
- Applicable taxes (including 18% Goods and Services Tax - GST) are calculated and reflected during checkout.
- Cancellation and refund rights are governed by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All proprietary software, algorithms, designs, graphics, interface elements, and text on PerkIQ are the intellectual property of PerkIQ India. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
Third-party bank names, card brands, trademarks, and logos (including but not limited to HDFC Bank, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) are the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders. Their reference on PerkIQ is strictly for comparative, descriptive, and nominative fair-use purposes.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PerkIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- Unannounced bank reward devaluations, points forfeiture, or milestone rule revisions by card issuers.
- Discrepancies between user-entered transaction dates and official bank billing cycle cut-offs.
- Airport lounge access denials resulting from bank quota changes or merchant terminal issues.
- Temporary technical downtime, network disruptions, or third-party service interruptions.
7Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of PerkIQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
