2Information We Collect
- Account Credentials: When you register on PerkIQ, we collect your email address and optional display name. Authentication is conducted using temporary 6-digit One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) Authenticator keys (RFC 6238).
- Portfolio & Preference Data: We store the catalog cards you explicitly choose to enable, your approximate milestone spend progress, customized approved credit limits, and user-entered transaction dates.
- Technical & Device Data: When you access our application, our servers may automatically log standard internet log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, and referring URLs.
Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Policy
PerkIQ may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and other advertising networks. To ensure complete transparency:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites on the internet.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info.
- We do not share any personally identifiable information (PII) or user credit limits with advertisers.
4Payment Processing & Financial Data Security
If you purchase a paid subscription, membership, or digital upgrade, your payment will be processed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized third-party payment gateways and aggregators (such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, or Stripe).
PerkIQ does not process, store, or hold your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs. All payment transactions are encrypted using PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant mechanisms maintained by the payment processor.
5How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the PerkIQ spend optimization engine.
- To compute reward points yield, milestone countdowns, and lounge reset statuses.
- To dispatch email OTP verification codes during registration and sign-in.
- To prevent fraudulent access, unauthorized API abuse, and enforce rate limits.
- To notify you regarding critical bank circular devaluations impacting your selected cards.
6Data Retention & Account Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
We retain your account and portfolio information only for as long as your account remains active. You possess the statutory right under the DPDP Act 2023 to request complete erasure of your profile and data. To request permanent account deletion, please email us at moc.qikrep@ycavirp from your registered email address. All associated records will be purged within 7 business days.
